We develop tomorrow’s experts – by offering substantiated apprenticeships in a future-oriented corporation.

It is of great importance to our company to provide our apprentices with an overall picture of a modern, international business corporation. At MD this involves not only training in the departments relevant for the apprenticeship, but also getting insight into other significant business areas. It is our goal to not only impart expert knowledge and expertise, but in particular to develop key qualifications, such as the ability to work in a team, communication skills, working independently and in a project environment.

All the occupational trainings we offer are recognized and approved apprenticeships according to the German Vocational Training Act (BBiG), and generally take 3 years to complete.

Industrial clerks:

Industrial clerks support all business processes and are involved in commercial and business-management activities, such as sales, purchasing, logistics and human resource management as well as finance and  accounting.

Industrial mechanics:

Industrial mechanics produce equipment parts, components and assemblies for machines and production facilities, set them up or retrofit them. They monitor and optimize manufacturing processes and carry out repair- and maintenance works. 

In our company, you will be particularly employed in our in-house department for production tools and machines. Among other things you will get to know the areas of planning, engineering and realization and optimization of special machinery for our production department.

Technical product designers – product design or engineering:

Technical product designers specialized in product design and engineering are involved in the development and design of technical products. Based on technical- and design specifications, as well as individual customer requirements, they create drawings and design models for components and assemblies using 3D-CAD-software.
