Co t\u011b na tv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci nejv\u00edce bav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jmenuji se Helmut, je mi 53 let, jsem \u017eenat\u00fd a jsem otcem \u010dty\u0159 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. Do spole\u010dnosti MD jsem nastoupil v roce 2013, vyst\u0159\u00eddal jsem n\u011bkolik pozic a nyn\u00ed jsem technick\u00fdm produktov\u00fdm mana\u017eerem zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdm za divizi optick\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu dat. Na t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ci se mi l\u00edb\u00ed mo\u017enost ovliv\u0148ovat v\u00fdvoj nov\u00fdch p\u0159enosov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd kontakt se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky. Ve sv\u00e9m voln\u00e9m \u010dase jsem dobrovoln\u00fdm vedouc\u00edm ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00e9ho klubu a m\u00e1m r\u00e1d historick\u00e1 vozidla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u011bkuji za osobn\u00ed informace, Helmute! Poj\u010fme si nyn\u00ed popov\u00eddat o tv\u00e9 oblasti, tedy o optick\u00e9m p\u0159enosu dat. Je podle tebe pro p\u0159enos dat ve vozidlech nad 10&nbsp;Gbps lep\u0161\u00ed optick\u00e9, nebo elektrick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To je opravdu t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. Stejn\u011b jako v\u0161echno v \u017eivot\u011b maj\u00ed oba syst\u00e9my sv\u00e9 v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody. Podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru maj\u00ed smysl oba syst\u00e9my, proto\u017ee jejich pou\u017eit\u00ed je pro ur\u010dit\u00e9 aplikace ve vozidle p\u0159edur\u010deno. Vezmeme-li nap\u0159\u00edklad elektrick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat, lze jej dob\u0159e pou\u017e\u00edvat v oblastech s mal\u00fdm elektromagnetick\u00fdm ru\u0161en\u00edm pouze s n\u011bkolika dodate\u010dn\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi. Pokud se v\u0161ak tato technologie pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v oblastech se siln\u00fdm elektromagnetick\u00fdm ru\u0161en\u00edm, n\u00e1roky na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed sign\u00e1l\u016f se exponenci\u00e1ln\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed. Optick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat zde nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, proto\u017ee nen\u00ed n\u00e1chyln\u00fd na elektromagnetick\u00e9 ru\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0158e\u0161\u00ed optick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my elektrick\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu dat ve vozidle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Optick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat je v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu zn\u00e1m\u00fd ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 let. D\u00edky sv\u00e9 velk\u00e9 v\u00fdhod\u011b v oblasti EMC se v minulosti pou\u017e\u00edval pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 aplikace i pro informa\u010dn\u00ed a z\u00e1bavn\u00ed syst\u00e9my. Nedostatkem p\u0159edchoz\u00ed technologie bylo, \u017ee nebyla dostate\u010dn\u011b robustn\u00ed, byla p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1 a drah\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem elektrick\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu dat je n\u00e1chylnost k elektromagnetick\u00e9mu ru\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se zvy\u0161uje s rostouc\u00ed elektrifikac\u00ed vozidel a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed p\u0159enosu dat. Proti p\u016fsoben\u00ed t\u011bchto vliv\u016f se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed elektronick\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stky pro \u00fapravu sign\u00e1lu, aby byl p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fd sign\u00e1l \u010diteln\u00fd. To vy\u017eaduje nov\u00fd design konektor\u016f a kabel\u016f, aby se \u00fatlum minimalizoval. To n\u00e1sledn\u011b vede k nutnosti zv\u011bt\u0161it geometrii, aby se vytvo\u0159ily optim\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky. Studie IEEE802.3cz uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee fyzick\u00e1 hranice se p\u0159i p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch n\u00e1kladech ust\u00e1lila na 25 Gbps.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee ze v\u0161ech t\u011bchto opat\u0159en\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady, je nutn\u00e9 vytvo\u0159it alternativu. V\u0161echny technick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my dok\u00e1\u017ee vy\u0159e\u0161it optick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat, ale v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed k dispozici pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou podle v\u00e1s v\u00fdzvy p\u0159i integraci optick\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu dat do vozidla?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako u v\u0161ech nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed jsou v\u00fdrobci OEM od po\u010d\u00e1tku skepti\u010dt\u00ed, proto\u017ee zaveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f je nejprve pova\u017eov\u00e1no za riziko. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1 optick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat z \u00e9ry sb\u011brnice MOST negativn\u00ed konotaci, proto\u017ee to nebyl optim\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Vyskytlo se zde mnoho probl\u00e9m\u016f s kvalitou, kter\u00e9 nelze nutn\u011b p\u0159i\u010d\u00edtat technologii.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f je tedy vytvo\u0159it d\u016fv\u011bru v novou technologii a v dal\u0161\u00edm kroku implementovat tuto technologii do nov\u00e9 generace palubn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed. D\u00e1le je t\u0159eba z\u00edskat pro tuto technologii dodavatele syst\u00e9m\u016f, proto\u017ee ti se mus\u00ed sezn\u00e1mit s integrac\u00ed optick\u00fdch veden\u00ed do kabelov\u00e9ho svazku a s optick\u00fdmi hlavami desek plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f. Krom\u011b toho je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby se v\u0161echny tyto spole\u010dnosti pod\u00edlely na standardizaci fyzick\u00e9 vrstvy, aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna hladk\u00e1 integrace do elektroinstala\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhody optick\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu dat v palubn\u00ed s\u00edti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru je hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou optick\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu dat flexibilita. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm stejn\u00e9ho hardwaru mohu p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et data rychlost\u00ed 1&nbsp;Gbps i 100&nbsp;Gbps a v\u00edce, ani\u017e bych musel cokoli m\u011bnit na \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotce nebo na stran\u011b linky. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee tato technologie je zcela odoln\u00e1 v\u016f\u010di elektromagnetick\u00e9mu ru\u0161en\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017e\u0148uje galvanick\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm bodem je, \u017ee popt\u00e1vka po m\u011bdi v budoucnu prudce poroste, ale zdroje budou st\u00e1le vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Optick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat by tak nav\u00edc uleh\u010dil vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9m se zdroji.<\/p>\n<p>Skeptici vid\u00ed probl\u00e9my v robustnosti, ale je t\u0159eba dodat, \u017ee vl\u00e1kna OM3, kter\u00e1 se dnes pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v technologi\u00edch datov\u00fdch center, ji\u017e dosahuj\u00ed hodnot zat\u011b\u017eovan\u00ed tahem p\u0159es 200&nbsp;N a polom\u011br ohybu je men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 7,5&nbsp;mm. Probl\u00e9m robustnosti je tak pro budouc\u00ed syst\u00e9my minulost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed kroky jsou nutn\u00e9 k zaveden\u00ed t\u00e9to technologie do vozidel?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z m\u00e9ho pohledu je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prosadit standardizaci, propagovat technologii u v\u00fdrobc\u016f OEM a intenzivn\u011b spolupracovat s v\u00fdrobci \u010dip\u016f a Tier1, aby se tato technologie stala spole\u010densky p\u0159ijatelnou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se na to p\u0159ipravuje MD?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. Spole\u010dnost MD ELEKTRONIK se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 optick\u00fdm p\u0159enosem dat ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 20&nbsp;let a technologi\u00ed optick\u00e9ho Ethernetu od roku 2020.
