To znamen\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dat, kter\u00e1 je t\u0159eba p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et, f\u00fazovat a vyhodnocovat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch datov\u00fdch kabel\u016f. Velkou nev\u00fdhodou byla vysok\u00e1 hmotnost a vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky technologii Power over Coax (PoC) je nyn\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et v\u0161echny tyto sign\u00e1ly po jedin\u00e9m koaxi\u00e1ln\u00edm kabelu. Nelze p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout v\u00fdhody, jako jsou n\u00edzk\u00e1 hmotnost, n\u00edzk\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a mont\u00e1\u017ee, jako\u017e i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady. To, co se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt ide\u00e1ln\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, m\u00e1 v\u0161ak i sv\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody. Koaxi\u00e1ln\u00ed kabel mus\u00ed zvl\u00e1dat t\u0159i zcela odli\u0161n\u00e9 charakteristiky sign\u00e1lu a dva sm\u011bry sign\u00e1lu.<br><br>P\u0159\u00edkazy z \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky do senzoru (nap\u0159. kamery) prob\u00edhaj\u00ed na frekvenc\u00edch do 4 MHz, zat\u00edmco obrazov\u00e1 data maj\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ena v rozsahu 700 MHz v opa\u010dn\u00e9m sm\u011bru. Krom\u011b toho je t\u0159eba zajistit st\u00e1l\u00e9 stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9 nap\u00e1jen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed integrity sign\u00e1lu je nutn\u00e9 na obou stran\u00e1ch p\u0159enosu (senzor a ECU) instalovat pasivn\u00ed vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 filtry. Vzhledem k mal\u00fdm pr\u016f\u0159ez\u016fm kabel\u016f je omezeno i maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed proudov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a d\u00e9lka kabelu. Proud mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jmenovit\u00fd proud ferit\u016f nebo c\u00edvek pou\u017eit\u00fdch ve filtru (nap\u0159. 150 mA). P\u0159enosov\u00e1 rychlost ur\u010duje, zda se pou\u017eije st\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd nebo nest\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd kabel. U PoC funguje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.md-elektronik.com\/cs\/stineni\/\">st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed<\/a> tak\u00e9 jako proudov\u00fd vodi\u010d (zp\u011btn\u00e9 veden\u00ed od spot\u0159ebi\u010de).&nbsp; D\u00edky prot\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00edmu proudu se st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed chov\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jako ant\u00e9na, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee \u201evyza\u0159ovat\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>U PoDL m\u016f\u017ee st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00edky kroucen\u00e9 dvojlince fungovat jako \u201eskute\u010dn\u00e9\u201c st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed. <br>Data a nap\u00e1jen\u00ed se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b p\u0159es dva datov\u00e9 kabely. Na st\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed neproud\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd proud. Ru\u0161en\u00ed, jako je EMC z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 zm\u011bnami vysok\u00e9\/n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b datov\u00fdch sign\u00e1l\u016f, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 uvnit\u0159 kabelu a nen\u00ed vyza\u0159ov\u00e1no do okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b jako u PoC je v\u0161ak proud nebo maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdkon, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt senzoru k dispozici, velmi omezen\u00fd. Podle normy IEEE 802.3bu je limit dosa\u017een p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu 50 W. M\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti jsou st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, rozli\u0161en\u00ed (po\u010det pixel\u016f) st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e se v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v rostouc\u00ed spot\u0159eb\u011b energie. PoC a PoDL zde nar\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed na sv\u00e9 limity.<br>Z tohoto d\u016fvodu se nyn\u00ed st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 t\u0159et\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kdy jsou datov\u00e9 a nap\u00e1jec\u00ed kabely vedeny odd\u011blen\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Tento typ p\u0159enosu dat se obvykle realizuje pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch kontakt\u016f spojen\u00fdch v pouzd\u0159e, nap\u0159\u00edklad HSD (<strong>H<\/strong>igh <strong>S<\/strong>peed <strong>D<\/strong>ata) se dv\u011bma MQS (<strong>M<\/strong>icro <strong>Q<\/strong>uadlok <strong>S<\/strong>ystem). P\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b takov\u00fdch kabel\u016f je mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed konfekce. Pln\u011b automatick\u00e9 stroje mus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopny propojit kontakty MQS s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi pr\u016f\u0159ezy nap\u00e1jec\u00edch kabel\u016f.
