Co t\u011b na tv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci nejv\u00edce bav\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vyu\u010dil jsem se elektronikem, pak jsem d\u00e1le studoval elektrotechniku a po studi\u00edch jsem v\u00edce ne\u017e osm let pracoval na r\u016fzn\u00fdch pozic\u00edch v polovodi\u010dov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pro Baseband Ics*. V MD pracuji od roku 2008 a na n\u011bkolika mana\u017eersk\u00fdch pozic\u00edch v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech jsem m\u011bl mo\u017enost prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm nov\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f a p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f aktivn\u011b formovat budoucnost spole\u010dnosti. Od roku 2013 na pozici glob\u00e1ln\u00edho viceprezidenta pro v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj neust\u00e1le rozv\u00edj\u00edm a roz\u0161i\u0159uji oblasti v\u00fdvoje produkt\u016f, produktov\u00e9ho managementu, projektov\u00e9ho managementu, managementu inovac\u00ed a patentov\u00e9ho managementu, za kter\u00e9 jsem zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd. V t\u00e9to dob\u011b, kter\u00e1 je mo\u017en\u00e1 technologicky nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed od vyn\u00e1lezu automobilu, m\u00e1m tu v\u00fdsadu, \u017ee mohu aktivn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat v\u00fdvoj v oblasti datov\u00e9 komunikace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co se rozum\u00ed pod pojmem IoT (Internet of Things)? Obecn\u011b i konkr\u00e9tn\u011b automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zkratka IoT poch\u00e1z\u00ed z anglick\u00e9ho Internet of Things, tedy internet v\u011bc\u00ed. Obecn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o s\u00ed\u0165 fyzick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojeny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jednotliv\u00fdch dom\u00e9n a mohou si vz\u00e1jemn\u011b vym\u011b\u0148ovat data.<\/p>\n<p>V automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu se internetem v\u011bc\u00ed rozum\u00ed zejm\u00e9na propojen\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vozidla a extern\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b je v\u00fdroba t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f st\u00e1le levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou tyto p\u0159\u00edstroje tak\u00e9 st\u00e1le \u201echyt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed\u201c a v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje jejich \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed a komplexn\u00ed propojen\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d r\u016fzn\u00fdmi oblastmi u\u017eit\u00ed. Vznik\u00e1 tak ucelen\u00fd ekosyst\u00e9m. Vozidla si mohou vym\u011b\u0148ovat data v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase, co\u017e vede k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed efektivit\u011b, bezpe\u010dnosti a u\u017eivatelsk\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edv\u011btivosti.<\/p>\n<p>Internet v\u011bc\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdvoji autonomn\u00edch vozidel zejm\u00e9na t\u00edm, \u017ee jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje bezprobl\u00e9movou komunikaci mezi vozidly navz\u00e1jem (Vehicle to Vehicle, V2V) a mezi vozidly a infrastrukturou (Vehicle to Infrastructure, V2I). Tento v\u00fdvoj umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed technologie, jako je \u201eEthernet\u201c a cloudov\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed rychlou a autonomn\u00ed komunikaci a prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch akc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jakou roli hraje internet v\u011bc\u00ed v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eit\u00ed internetu v\u011bc\u00ed v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu jsou rozmanit\u00e9. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b tato technologie pronik\u00e1 do cel\u00e9ho procesu tvorby hodnot, a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b ji\u017e byly v mnoha sou\u010dasn\u00fdch vozidlech implementov\u00e1ny konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed aplikace internetu v\u011bc\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edkladem v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu jsou v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve smyslu Pr\u016fmyslu 4.0, v n\u011bm\u017e jsou stroje a v\u00fdrobn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed propojeny za \u00fa\u010delem optimalizace proces\u016f a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed efektivity. To umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kontrolu v\u00fdroby, zlep\u0161uje kvalitu a sni\u017euje riziko lidsk\u00e9 chyby. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je mo\u017en\u00e1 tak\u00e9 podrobn\u00e1 kontrola a anal\u00fdza v\u00fdrobn\u00edch dat v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase, co\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u010das odhalit a odstranit probl\u00e9my. Anal\u00fdzy dat v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet probl\u00e9m\u016fm a zvy\u0161ovat efektivitu cel\u00e9ho dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce. Anal\u00fdzou dat z propojen\u00fdch vozidel lze identifikovat trendy a vzorce, kter\u00e9 lze vyu\u017e\u00edt ve v\u00fdvoji nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed a syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ve vozidlech lze internet v\u011bc\u00ed aplikovat v pokro\u010dil\u00fdch asisten\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech \u0159idi\u010de (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.md-elektronik.com\/cs\/adas\/\">ADAS<\/a>), kter\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost a pohodl\u00ed \u0159idi\u010de. Krom\u011b toho se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed palubn\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00ed a z\u00e1bavn\u00ed syst\u00e9my (IVI), kter\u00e9 \u0159idi\u010di a cestuj\u00edc\u00edm poskytuj\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 mo\u017enosti z\u00e1bavy a informac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Integrace internetu v\u011bc\u00ed celkov\u011b vede ke komplexn\u00edmu propojen\u00ed a digitalizaci v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed revoluci ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edch procesech i v z\u00e1\u017eitku z j\u00edzdy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pokud se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme na vozidlo, jakou roli hraje palubn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 a zejm\u00e9na palubn\u00ed datov\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Internet v\u011bc\u00ed se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z mnoha mal\u00fdch \u201einteligentn\u00edch \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek\u201c, kter\u00e9 jsou vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojeny. Tato spojen\u00ed jsou realizov\u00e1na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm palubn\u00ed datov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b ve vozidle. Historicky existuj\u00ed pro v\u00fdm\u011bnu informac\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 protokoly, z nich\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro jin\u00e9 aplikace. Pro ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159enosov\u00e9 rychlosti do 3\u20135\u00a0Mbit\/s se standardn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 sb\u011brnice CAN. Pro vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159enosov\u00e9 rychlosti se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 FlexRay, a u\u017e n\u011bkolik let se ve vozidlech objevuje Ethernet, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1kladem internetu. Tyto protokoly maj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch a rychl\u00fdch p\u0159enos\u016f dat, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed modern\u00ed syst\u00e9my vozidel.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho technologie, jako jsou Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed pot\u0159ebnou synchronizaci a n\u00edzk\u00e9 latence v propojen\u00fdch architektur\u00e1ch vozidel. To m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro efektivn\u00ed a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159enos dat v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase, kter\u00fd je nezbytn\u00fd pro autonomn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a propojen\u00e1 vozidla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nen\u00ed to nepraktick\u00e9, kdy\u017e se ve vozidle pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 protokoly?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ano, je to nejen nepohodln\u00e9, ale tak\u00e9 n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 a \u010dasov\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159i p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed. R\u016fzn\u00e9 protokoly jsou v\u0161ak specializovan\u00e9 pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 aplikace a jsou pro n\u011b optimalizovan\u00e9. Nev\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee vz\u00e1jemnou komunikaci mezi protokoly lze realizovat pouze pomoc\u00ed bran, tj. elektronick\u00fdch p\u0159eklada\u010d\u016f. Tyto br\u00e1ny zvy\u0161uj\u00ed slo\u017eitost i n\u00e1klady a zpomaluj\u00ed p\u0159enos informac\u00ed. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu se v posledn\u00edch letech zintenzivnilo \u00fasil\u00ed o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed po\u010dtu r\u016fzn\u00fdch protokol\u016f a posun sm\u011brem k Ethernetu s c\u00edlem umo\u017enit efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a standardizovanou komunikaci ve vozidle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d se toto d\u011bje sm\u011brem k Ethernetu, a ne k jin\u00e9mu protokolu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jak bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno na za\u010d\u00e1tku, Ethernet je protokol internetu. Z na\u0161ich dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed nebo kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00edme, \u017ee po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, nebo jin\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou navz\u00e1jem propojeny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Ethernetu, a \u017ee p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k internetu je rovn\u011b\u017e realizov\u00e1no prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm tohoto protokolu. Existuj\u00ed miliony za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a polovodi\u010dov\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed Ethernet. V\u00fdzvou pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl bylo sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u010det pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdch \u017eil v kabelu, proto\u017ee osm jednotliv\u00fdch \u017eil by bylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Poda\u0159ilo se v\u0161ak realizovat speci\u00e1ln\u00ed variantu kompatibiln\u00ed se standardem, a to pouze se dv\u011bma m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdmi vodi\u010di, tzv. kroucen\u00fd p\u00e1r. Toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00ed vysokou rychlost p\u0159enosu dat a spolehlivost, kter\u00e1 je vy\u017eadov\u00e1na pro modern\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b vozidel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u016fzn\u00e9 protokoly maj\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b tak\u00e9 r\u016fznou \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku p\u00e1sma nebo rychlost p\u0159enosu dat. Je mo\u017en\u00e9 pokr\u00fdt v\u0161e prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm protokolu Ethernet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Protokol Ethernet byl nebo je specifikov\u00e1n a standardizov\u00e1n pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159enosov\u00e9 rychlosti. Jako prvn\u00ed byla uvedena na trh verze standardu IEEE 100BASE -T1 o rychlosti 100\u00a0Mb\/s. N\u00e1sledovala varianta IEEE 1000BASE-T1 s rychlost\u00ed 1\u00a0Gbit\/s. V\u00edcegigabitov\u00e9 standardizace se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed. Objevuj\u00ed se v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 aktivity sm\u011brem ke standardizaci s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi rychlostmi p\u0159enosu dat. Pro 10\u00a0Mbit\/s je definov\u00e1na verze IEEE 10BASE-T1S. Tento v\u00fdvoj ukazuje, \u017ee Ethernet je schopen pokr\u00fdt \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu po\u017eadavk\u016f na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku p\u00e1sma a zredukovat tak po\u010det r\u016fzn\u00fdch protokol\u016f ve vozidle s c\u00edlem sn\u00ed\u017eit slo\u017eitost a n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdhody Ethernetu ve vozidle ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi protokoly, kter\u00e9 se v sou\u010dasnosti ve vozidlech pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To je dobr\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, jak\u00e9 v\u00fdhody m\u00e1 Ethernet oproti ostatn\u00edm protokol\u016fm? Zde je jen n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f. Pro aplikace ADAS je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1 latence, aby se minimalizovala \u010dasov\u00e1 prodleva mezi detekc\u00ed a akc\u00ed. Ethernet zde nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u00fdhody d\u00edky vysok\u00e9 rychlosti p\u0159enosu dat a n\u00edzk\u00e9 latenci. Standard 100BASE-T1 je pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd standard, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje pou\u017e\u00edvat internetov\u00fd protokol TCP\/IP v r\u016fzn\u00fdch aplikac\u00edch, a sni\u017euje tak slo\u017eitost. Krom\u011b toho standardy Ethernetu, jako je Audio Video Bridging (AVB) a Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed nov\u00e9 aplikace, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na p\u0159esn\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 synchronizaci. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee jednoduch\u00e1 kabel\u00e1\u017e s kroucen\u00fdmi kabely (st\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdmi nebo nest\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdmi) u\u0161et\u0159it n\u00e1klady na elektrick\u00fd syst\u00e9m vozidla, co\u017e vede k hospod\u00e1rn\u00e9 implementaci. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.md-elektronik.com\/cs\/automotive-ethernet\/\">Automotive Ethernet<\/a> je tak flexibiln\u00ed a \u0161k\u00e1lovateln\u00fd, co\u017e usnad\u0148uje integraci s cloudov\u00fdmi slu\u017ebami a spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdmi produkty. Krom\u011b toho lze pou\u017e\u00edt men\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed kabel\u016f a krat\u0161\u00ed kabely, co\u017e sni\u017euje hmotnost a n\u00e1klady. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je Ethernet schopen podporovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 vrstvy, co\u017e usnad\u0148uje jeho p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edpad\u016fm pou\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak konkr\u00e9tn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 MD k tomu, aby se vyu\u017eit\u00ed internetu v\u011bc\u00ed nad\u00e1le v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu rozv\u00edjelo? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e od po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch diskus\u00ed ve v\u00fdborech jsme podporovali v\u00fdvoj nov\u00fdch komponent prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm aktivn\u00edch vysokofrekven\u010dn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 interpretace v\u00fdsledk\u016f. B\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby jsme tak\u00e9 poskytli prvn\u00ed vzorky k roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm a diskus\u00edm.
