Bezpe\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159enos t\u011bchto datov\u00fdch tok\u016f je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee v\u00fdpadek nebo chyba v datov\u00e9 komunikaci m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v kritick\u00fdch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch situac\u00edch v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. Aby se takov\u00fdm v\u00fdpadk\u016fm zabr\u00e1nilo, v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f a jejich dodavatel\u00e9 investuj\u00ed do spolehliv\u00fdch technologi\u00ed p\u0159enosu dat zna\u010dn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky. Senzory pro asisten\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my \u0159idi\u010de (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.md-elektronik.com\/cs\/adas\/\">ADAS<\/a>) \u2013 od kamer p\u0159es radary a\u017e po lidar \u2013 generuj\u00ed datov\u00fd tok v rozsahu gigabit\u016f. Dne\u0161n\u00ed vozidla testuj\u00edc\u00ed vysoce automatizovanou j\u00edzdu ji\u017e dosahuj\u00ed rychlosti p\u0159enosu dat kolem 5&nbsp;Gbit\/s (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 625&nbsp;MB\/s). Jednotliv\u00e9 kamery s vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm tak v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b mohou vy\u017eadovat \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky p\u00e1sma a\u017e 3,5&nbsp;Gbit\/s. Tento obrovsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edval dat mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ve vozidle distribuov\u00e1n bez prodlen\u00ed, aby centr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky (\u201eVehicle Computer\u201c, po\u010d\u00edta\u010de vozidla) mohly ve zlomc\u00edch sekundy u\u010dinit spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed. Nov\u00e9 funkce z\u00e1rove\u0148 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed st\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spolehlivost datov\u00fdch cest: \u010casov\u011b kritick\u00e9 informace, jako jsou brzdov\u00e9 povely nebo varov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed koliz\u00ed, nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ztraceny ani doru\u010deny se zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky na palubn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b jsou tedy vysok\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ka p\u00e1sma, spolehlivost\/bezpe\u010dnost a n\u00edzk\u00e1 latence. Pro spln\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto po\u017eadavk\u016f se modern\u00ed vozidla st\u00e1le v\u00edce spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na standardizovanou palubn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 zalo\u017eenou na Ethernetu. Oproti dosavadn\u00edm heterogenn\u00edm s\u00edt\u00edm (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, MOST atd.) nab\u00edz\u00ed Ethernet \u0161k\u00e1lovatelnost a d\u00edky nov\u00fdm roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm protokolu i mechanismy pro co nejlep\u0161\u00ed latenci a zabezpe\u010den\u00ed proti v\u00fdpadk\u016fm. N\u011bkter\u00e1 dne\u0161n\u00ed vozidla maj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 150 \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek, kter\u00e9 si vym\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed data. Bez v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b by bylo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00e9 tuto rostouc\u00ed slo\u017eitost zvl\u00e1dnout.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Datov\u00e9 kabely a konektory<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Datov\u00e9 kabely ve vozidle jsou p\u00e1te\u0159\u00ed modern\u00edch architektur palubn\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed. Dnes se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b kroucen\u00e9 m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 kabely, kter\u00e9 jsou obvykle navr\u017eeny jako jednop\u00e1rov\u00fd Ethernet (Single Pair Ethernet, SPE). V\u00fdhodou kroucen\u00fdch p\u00e1r\u016f je, \u017ee lze v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezit ru\u0161en\u00ed a p\u0159eslechy. V\u00fdb\u011brem nest\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 a st\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 varianty lze realizovat vhodnou koncepci EMC (elektromagnetick\u00e9 kompatibility). V prost\u0159ed\u00ed s vysokou \u00farovn\u00ed ru\u0161en\u00ed (nap\u0159. v bl\u00edzkosti elektromotor\u016f) se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed st\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 kroucen\u00e9 dvojlinky, zat\u00edmco nest\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 kabely \u0161et\u0159\u00ed hmotnost a n\u00e1klady v \u201eklidn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\u201c oblastech. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 mechanick\u00e1 odolnost: Kabely vozidla mus\u00ed mnoho let odol\u00e1vat vibrac\u00edm, teplotn\u00edm v\u00fdkyv\u016fm a vlhkosti, ani\u017e by ztratily kvalitu p\u0159enosu. Stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou i konektory. Na jejich odolnosti z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, zda datov\u00e9 spoje z\u016fstanou dlouhodob\u011b stabiln\u00ed, a to i p\u0159i vystaven\u00ed vibrac\u00edm. Na rozd\u00edl od oblasti budov, kde se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed konektory RJ45, s\u00e1z\u00ed automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl na speci\u00e1ln\u00ed, robustn\u00ed konektorov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. Tyto konektory maj\u00ed \u0161roubov\u00e1 nebo zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00ed spojen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 spolehliv\u011b zabra\u0148uj\u00ed necht\u011bn\u00e9mu uvoln\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i vibrac\u00edch. Takov\u00e9 konektory s vysokou v\u00fdkonnost\u00ed spl\u0148uj\u00ed v\u0161echny b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9 standardy a mohou b\u00fdt pou\u017eity s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi typy kabel\u016f (STP, UTP apod.). Pro bezpe\u010dnostn\u011b kritick\u00e9 aplikace (nap\u0159. autonomn\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00ed funkce) existuj\u00ed dodate\u010dn\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00ed mechanismy, jako je CPA (Connector Position Assurance), kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uj\u00ed ne\u00famysln\u00e9mu uvoln\u011bn\u00ed konektoru a zacvaknou se pouze tehdy, kdy\u017e je spojen\u00ed pln\u011b zasunuto. Tyto hardwarov\u00e9 inovace dodavatel\u016f zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, \u017ee datov\u00e9 cesty z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed trvale stabiln\u00ed i v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Do budoucna se ji\u017e diskutuje o optick\u00fdch technologi\u00edch p\u0159enosu dat, kter\u00e9 jsou nejen ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro extr\u00e9mn\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky p\u00e1sma, ale maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 obrovskou elektromagnetickou kompatibilitu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Protokoly, standardy a v\u00fdbory<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Jako komunika\u010dn\u00ed \u201ejazyk\u201c s\u00edt\u00ed vozidel se etabloval Ethernet, kter\u00fd byl p\u0159izp\u016fsoben specifick\u00fdm po\u017eadavk\u016fm ve vozidle. Na rozd\u00edl od klasick\u00e9ho Ethernetu, nap\u0159. v kancel\u00e1\u0159i (se \u010dty\u0159mi p\u00e1ry vodi\u010d\u016f), se ve vozidle pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), tzv. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.md-elektronik.com\/cs\/automotive-ethernet\/\">Automotive Ethernet<\/a>, tj. Ethernet prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pouze jednoho kroucen\u00e9ho p\u00e1ru vodi\u010d\u016f, kter\u00fd \u0161et\u0159\u00ed m\u00edsto a hmotnost a je vhodn\u00fd zejm\u00e9na pro st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00e9 a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky ve vozidle.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli zde hraj\u00ed standardy: Zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed bezprobl\u00e9movou sou\u010dinnost komponent\u016f od r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f, definuj\u00ed z\u00e1vazn\u00e1 v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed a zku\u0161ebn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed spolehlivou \u0161k\u00e1lovatelnost nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed do velkos\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. Bez mezin\u00e1rodn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdch standard\u016f, jako jsou normy IEEE nebo testovac\u00ed specifikace organizace OPEN Alliance, by jednotnou, bezpe\u010dnou a kompatibiln\u00ed komunikaci ve vozidle zalo\u017eenou na Ethernetu \u0161lo jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed realizovat; zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch po\u017eadavc\u00edch na rychlost p\u0159enosu dat a p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch n\u00e1roc\u00edch na kvalitu modern\u00edch vozidel. Pro OEM a dodavatele jsou tyto standardy nepostradateln\u00e9, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed minimalizovat rizika v\u00fdvoje, splnit po\u017eadavky certifikac\u00ed a dlouhodob\u011b zajistit n\u00e1vratnost technologick\u00fdch investic.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto standardy z\u00e1rove\u0148 zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, \u017ee kritick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my jako nouzov\u00e9 brzd\u011bn\u00ed, asistent udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00edzdn\u00edho pruhu nebo autonomn\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidla mohou b\u00fdt spolehliv\u011b \u0159\u00edzeny prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm standardizovan\u00fdch a robustn\u00edch komunika\u010dn\u00edch cest, co\u017e je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed prvek funk\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a bezchybn\u00e9ho provozu v bezpe\u010dnostn\u011b kritick\u00fdch architektur\u00e1ch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p><u>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi normami jsou: <\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u2794<strong>100BASE-T1 (IEEE 802.3bw)<\/strong> \u2013 100&nbsp;Mbit\/s po jedn\u00e9 kroucen\u00e9 dvojlince z m\u011bdi. Ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v s\u00e9riov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch vozidlech, nap\u0159. pro data z kamer a senzor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u2794<strong>1000BASE-T1 (IEEE 802.3bp)<\/strong> \u2013 1&nbsp;Gbit\/s po jedn\u00e9 kroucen\u00e9 dvojlince z m\u011bdi. Slou\u017e\u00ed jako gigabitov\u00e1 p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 ve vozidle, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkolik \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek (ECU) komunikovat vysokou rychlost\u00ed. Gigabitov\u00fd Ethernet se dnes pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad pro centr\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b infotainmentu a f\u00fazi senzor\u016f ADAS.<\/p>\n<p>\u2794<strong>2,5\/5\/10GBASE-T1 (IEEE 802.3ch)<\/strong> \u2013 2,5\/5\/10&nbsp;Gbit\/s po jedn\u00e9 kroucen\u00e9 dvojlince z m\u011bdi. Slou\u017e\u00ed jako multigigabitov\u00e1 p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 ve vozidle, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkolik \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek (ECU) komunikovat vysokou rychlost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2794<strong>10BASE-T1S (IEEE 802.3cg)<\/strong> \u2013 10&nbsp;Mbit\/s po jedn\u00e9 kroucen\u00e9 dvojlince z m\u011bdi s multidrop sb\u011brnic\u00ed. Tento standard umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159ipojen\u00ed n\u011bkolika senzor\u016f\/aktor\u016f ke spole\u010dn\u00e9mu kabelu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se \u0161et\u0159\u00ed kabel\u00e1\u017e a hmotnost. Norma 10BASE-T1S je vhodn\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na pro jednoduch\u00e9 senzory\/aktory v z\u00f3nov\u00fdch architektur\u00e1ch, tak\u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00fd mal\u00fd uzel pot\u0159ebuje vlastn\u00ed kabel k centr\u00e1ln\u00edmu p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm standardem je ISO 26262 (funk\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost): Tato mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed norma upravuje funk\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost elektrick\u00fdch a elektronick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f v silni\u010dn\u00edch vozidlech a stanov\u00ed, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se mus\u00ed systematicky identifikovat, posuzovat a minimalizovat rizika. S\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9 komponenty pro funkce kritick\u00e9 z hlediska bezpe\u010dnosti mus\u00ed b\u00fdt klasifikov\u00e1ny podle takzvan\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00ed ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Levels) \u2013 od ASIL A (n\u00edzk\u00e9 riziko) po ASIL D (nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko). Spole\u010dnost NXP, sv\u011btov\u00fd p\u0159edn\u00ed v\u00fdrobce polovodi\u010d\u016f se siln\u00fdm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na automobilov\u00e9 aplikace, nab\u00edz\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad 1000BASE-T1 transceiver, co\u017e je p\u0159enosov\u00fd modul pro gigabitovou komunikaci p\u0159es jedin\u00fd kroucen\u00fd m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fd p\u00e1r zalo\u017een\u00fd na Ethernetu, kter\u00fd je kompatibiln\u00ed s ASIL-B. Tento transceiver je navr\u017een speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v bezpe\u010dnostn\u011b kritick\u00fdch automobilov\u00fdch architektur\u00e1ch a podporuje roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 diagnostick\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed funkce, jako je integrovan\u00e1 chybov\u00e1 tolerance a sledov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu. Tyto komponenty jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro bezpe\u010dnost, proto\u017ee zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed spolehliv\u00fd p\u0159enos d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, brzd\u011bn\u00ed nebo zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed kolizi, a to i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poruchy. Bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e1 komunikace mezi syst\u00e9my je z\u00e1kladn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem pro rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed poruch a p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed chybov\u00fdch cest.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Redundance a funk\u010dn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 p\u0159enosov\u00e9 rychlosti samy o sob\u011b nesta\u010d\u00ed. S\u00edt\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 pro p\u0159\u00edpad v\u00fdpadku. Podle normy ISO 26262 nesm\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 jednotliv\u00e1 porucha v\u00e9st ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b funkce kritick\u00e9 z hlediska bezpe\u010dnosti. V architektu\u0159e E\/E se proto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed koncepty redundance. Jedn\u00edm z nich je fyzick\u00e1 redundance: Kritick\u00e9 senzory nebo aktory (nap\u0159. u syst\u00e9m\u016f Steer-by-Wire) jsou k \u0159\u00eddic\u00edm jednotk\u00e1m p\u0159ipojeny p\u0159es dva nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 datov\u00e9 kabely. Pokud sel\u017ee jedno spojen\u00ed, p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 jeho funkci druh\u00e9. D\u00e1le jsou to protokolov\u00e9 redundance, nap\u0159. prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm replikace r\u00e1mc\u016f: Ka\u017ed\u00fd bezpe\u010dnostn\u011b kritick\u00fd datov\u00fd paket je sou\u010dasn\u011b odes\u00edl\u00e1n dv\u011bma r\u016fzn\u00fdmi cestami v s\u00edti (definov\u00e1no ve standardu IEEE 802.1CB, kter\u00fd je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed Time-Sensitive Networking). P\u0159\u00edjemce pou\u017eije prvn\u00ed bezchybn\u00fd paket a duplik\u00e1ty zahod\u00ed. Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed standardu IEEE 802.1 pro deterministick\u00fd, \u010dasov\u011b kritick\u00fd p\u0159enos dat, d\u00edky \u010dasov\u00e9 synchronizaci, \u010dasov\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9mu p\u0159enosu dat a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed toku umo\u017e\u0148uje deterministickou komunikaci s velmi n\u00edzkou latenc\u00ed.
