Nejde v\u0161ak jen o samotn\u00fd provoz; i palubn\u00ed elektrick\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 sama v sob\u011b skr\u00fdv\u00e1 \u0159adu p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed: optimalizovan\u00e9 koncepce, inovativn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed metody formuj\u00ed v\u00fdvoj modern\u00edch E\/E architektur. Aby je bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 c\u00edlen\u011b optimalizovat, uplat\u0148uj\u00ed dodavatel\u00e9 a OEM v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu v\u00fdrobku \u2013 od koncep\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze a\u017e po recyklaci na konci \u017eivotnosti \u2013 r\u016fzn\u00e9 strategie a principy. Mezi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Design pro udr\u017eitelnost<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ji\u017e ve f\u00e1zi v\u00fdvoje se klade d\u016fraz na udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 pojet\u00ed. To nap\u0159\u00edklad znamen\u00e1 \u00fasporn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebu materi\u00e1lu d\u00edky optimalizovan\u00fdm pr\u016f\u0159ez\u016fm vodi\u010d\u016f a miniaturizaci konektor\u016f, aby se \u0161et\u0159ila hmotnost i zdroje.<\/p>\n<p>Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je modularita: D\u00edky modul\u00e1rn\u00edm komponent\u016fm palubn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b lze vym\u011b\u0148ovat vadn\u00e9 \u00faseky, ani\u017e by bylo nutn\u00e9 nahrazovat cel\u00fd kabelov\u00fd svazek. Do n\u00e1vrhu se rovn\u011b\u017e prom\u00edt\u00e1 recyklovatelnost. V\u0161echna tato opat\u0159en\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed k podpo\u0159e ob\u011bhov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee u\u017e p\u0159i konstrukci usnad\u0148uj\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed op\u011btovn\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost BMW uplat\u0148uje p\u0159\u00edstup \u201eRe:Think, Re:Duce, Re:Use, Re:Cycle\u201c. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rozmanitosti materi\u00e1l\u016f a v\u00fdvoj komponent, kter\u00e9 lze snadno demontovat. P\u0159\u00edkladem je koncept vozidla BMW i Vision Circular, kter\u00e9 je ze 100 % z recyklovan\u00fdch a znovu vyu\u017eiteln\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f.<sup>1<\/sup> Se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na palubn\u00ed elektrickou s\u00ed\u0165 pohonn\u00e9ho \u00fastroj\u00ed lze jako p\u0159\u00edklad v\u00fdvoje konektor\u016f uv\u00e9st kontaktn\u00ed syst\u00e9m NanoMQS. Ten byl vyvinut speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro miniaturizaci ve vozidlech. Syst\u00e9m sni\u017euje pot\u0159ebu m\u00edsta pro konektory na desk\u00e1ch plo\u0161n\u00fdch spoj\u016f a sou\u010dasn\u011b podporuje pr\u016f\u0159ezy vodi\u010d\u016f a\u017e dol\u016f k 0,13 mm\u00b2. D\u00edky tomu mohou OEM v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit hmotnost kabelov\u00e9ho svazku a u\u0161et\u0159it cenn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 a simula\u010dn\u00ed metody<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Integrace ekologick\u00fdch optimalizac\u00ed do v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho procesu je v odv\u011btv\u00ed ji\u017e dnes samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed. Pomoc\u00ed simulac\u00ed lze v\u010das porovnat dopady r\u016fzn\u00fdch konstruk\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f (spot\u0159eba materi\u00e1lu, hmotnost apod.) na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jak v\u00fdvoje kontaktovac\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, tak pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed veden\u00ed tras v palubn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edti \u2013 v r\u00e1mci digit\u00e1ln\u00edho modelov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidla (\u201eDMU\u201c). Lze tak nap\u0159\u00edklad hodnotit r\u016fzn\u00e1 materi\u00e1lov\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u010di topologie z hlediska jejich uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 stopy, hmotnosti a recykla\u010dn\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu je\u0161t\u011b d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e je postaven prototyp.<\/p>\n<p>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, jako je generativn\u00ed konstruk\u010dn\u00ed software, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed tak\u00e9 automatizovanou optimalizaci kabelov\u00fdch svazk\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad s ohledem na minim\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e9lky a pr\u016f\u0159ezy veden\u00ed. T\u00edm lze zkr\u00e1tit v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 \u010dasy i omezit materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty. Celkov\u011b tyto p\u0159\u00edstupy digit\u00e1ln\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, \u017ee ekologick\u00e1 optimaliza\u010dn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria jsou od po\u010d\u00e1tku systematicky zohled\u0148ov\u00e1na.<\/p>\n<p>V projektu \u201eBordNetzSim3D\u201c, podporovan\u00e9m BMWK (Spolkov\u00fdm ministerstvem hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a ochrany klimatu), vyv\u00edjej\u00ed Fraunhofer ITWM, Volkswagen a dal\u0161\u00ed partne\u0159i pln\u011b digitalizovanou platformu pro n\u00e1vrh kabelov\u00fdch svazk\u016f na z\u00e1klad\u011b simulac\u00ed. J\u00e1drem projektu je vytvo\u0159en\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edho dvoj\u010dete palubn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 u\u017e ve f\u00e1zi konceptu hodnotit r\u016fzn\u00e9 varianty n\u00e1vrhu z hlediska hmotnosti, spot\u0159eby materi\u00e1lu a snadn\u00e9 mont\u00e1\u017ee. Pomoc\u00ed simulac\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase a n\u00e1stroj\u016f, jako je IPS Cable Simulation, lze optimalizovat pr\u016f\u0159ezy vodi\u010d\u016f, trasov\u00e1n\u00ed a body upevn\u011bn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed vznikem fyzick\u00fdch prototyp\u016f. To v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkracuje v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 \u010dasy a sni\u017euje spot\u0159ebu materi\u00e1lu i emise CO\u2082.<sup>3<\/sup><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Z\u00f3nov\u00e1 E\/E architektura, modularita a standardizace<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl proch\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed prom\u011bnou: st\u00e1le v\u00edce v\u00fdrobc\u016f vozidel opou\u0161t\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00ed, dom\u00e9nov\u011b orientovanou E\/E architekturu a p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na z\u00f3nov\u00e9 koncepce. Tato nov\u00e1 struktura sni\u017euje po\u010det \u0159\u00eddic\u00edch jednotek (ECU), zjednodu\u0161uje kabel\u00e1\u017e a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro softwarov\u011b definovan\u00e1 vozidla (SDV). U tradi\u010dn\u00ed, centr\u00e1ln\u00ed, resp. dom\u00e9nov\u011b orientovan\u00e9 architektury palubn\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b vedou nes\u010detn\u00e1 jednotliv\u00e1 veden\u00ed od senzor\u016f\/aktor\u016f ke vzd\u00e1len\u00fdm \u0159\u00eddic\u00edm jednotk\u00e1m, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 dlouh\u00e9 kabelov\u00e9 trasy a odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed hmotnost. Naproti tomu z\u00f3nov\u00e1 E\/E architektura, kter\u00e1 se ji\u017e u nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch generac\u00ed vozidel uplat\u0148uje, rozd\u011bluje kabelov\u00fd svazek do n\u011bkolika z\u00f3n. V t\u011bchto z\u00f3n\u00e1ch lok\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00f3nov\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky sdru\u017euj\u00ed senzory a aktory dan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti vozidla. T\u00edm se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkracuj\u00ed d\u00e9lky veden\u00ed a kabelov\u00e9 svazky se zjednodu\u0161uj\u00ed. Odhady uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee celkovou hmotnost kabelov\u00e9ho svazku lze d\u00edky komplexn\u011b optimalizovan\u00e9 z\u00f3nov\u00e9 architektu\u0159e sn\u00ed\u017eit o 20\u201330 %. M\u00e9n\u011b a krat\u0161\u00ed veden\u00ed znamenaj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebu materi\u00e1lu a tedy men\u0161\u00ed ekologickou stopu.<\/p>\n<p>Za pr\u016fkopn\u00edka je pova\u017eov\u00e1na Tesla: ji\u017e u modelu Model 3 byla nap\u0159\u00edklad kabel\u00e1\u017e d\u00edky centralizovan\u00e9 z\u00f3nov\u00e9 E\/E architektu\u0159e sn\u00ed\u017eena zhruba o ~50 %, co\u017e vedlo k v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hmotnosti vozidla a krat\u0161\u00edm mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edm \u010das\u016fm. V Evrop\u011b a Severn\u00ed Americe investuj\u00ed OEM jako Volkswagen, BMW a Stellantis do z\u00f3nov\u00fdch E\/E architektur st\u00e1le v\u00edce, aby sn\u00ed\u017eili komplexitu sv\u00fdch vozidlov\u00fdch platforem a zlep\u0161ili integraci softwaru. Volkswagen nap\u0159\u00edklad pl\u00e1nuje postupn\u00e9 zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed z\u00f3nov\u00e9 E\/E architektury v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 platformy SSP (Scalable Systems Platform) od roku 2028. Prvn\u00edm vozidlem m\u00e1 b\u00fdt elektrick\u00fd VW T-Roc.<sup>4,5<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>BMW s \u201eNovou t\u0159\u00eddou\u201c od konce roku 2025 nasazuje pln\u011b z\u00f3novou E\/E architekturu. Z\u00f3nov\u00e1 E\/E architektura \u201eNov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy\u201c vych\u00e1z\u00ed ze \u010dty\u0159 tzv. \u201eSuperbrains\u201c \u2013 vysokov\u00fdkonn\u00fdch po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f, kter\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed jednu z\u00f3nu vozidla (p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st, st\u0159ed, zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st a st\u0159echa) a sdru\u017euj\u00ed funkce jako infotainment, automatizovan\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, j\u00edzdn\u00ed dynamiku a komfort. Tyto po\u010d\u00edta\u010de jsou p\u0159es vysokorychlostn\u00ed datov\u00e1 spojen\u00ed propojeny s men\u0161\u00edmi z\u00f3nov\u00fdmi \u0159\u00eddic\u00edmi jednotkami, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje drastick\u00e9 zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed d\u00e9lky kabel\u00e1\u017ee (~600 m) a hmotnosti (~30 %).<sup>6<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>V \u010c\u00edn\u011b naopak mnoho nov\u00fdch OEM rovnou startuje se z\u00f3nov\u00fdmi n\u00e1vrhy, co\u017e jim d\u00e1v\u00e1 technologick\u00fd n\u00e1skok. BYD integruje z\u00f3nov\u00e9 architektonick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy do sv\u00e9 nov\u00e9 platformy Super-E, kter\u00e1 bude od roku 2025 poprv\u00e9 nasazena v s\u00e9riov\u00fdch modelech, jako jsou Han L a Tang L. Zaveden\u00edm platformy Super-E sleduje BYD modul\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k z\u00f3nov\u00e9 E\/E architektu\u0159e vozidla. Tato platforma nen\u00ed navr\u017eena pouze pro z\u00f3nov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 pro extr\u00e9mn\u00ed nab\u00edjec\u00ed v\u00fdkony: s tzv. \u201eFlash Charging Battery\u201c jsou mo\u017en\u00e9 nab\u00edjec\u00ed v\u00fdkony a\u017e 1 360 kW \u2013 hodnota, kter\u00e1 vy\u010dn\u00edv\u00e1 i ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 800voltov\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my jin\u00fdch OEM.<sup>7<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ednosy jsou z\u0159ejm\u00e9: m\u00e9n\u011b ECU, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady, lep\u0161\u00ed \u0161k\u00e1lovatelnost a robustn\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro aktualizace OTA a datov\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 funkce. Auto, kter\u00e9 lze z hlediska softwaru i kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti snadno udr\u017eovat aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed, je zpravidla vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no d\u00e9le. To sni\u017euje spot\u0159ebu zdroj\u016f ve v\u00fdrob\u011b i p\u0159i likvidaci.<\/p>\n<p>Aby bylo vozidlo schopn\u00e9 OTA, jsou v\u0161ak nezbytn\u00e9 v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 technologie p\u0159enosu dat. Jen tak lze rychle, spolehliv\u011b a bezpe\u010dn\u011b p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et velk\u00e9 objemy dat mezi \u0159\u00eddic\u00edmi jednotkami, senzory, br\u00e1nami a cloudem.
